How to clear cookies so I can keep many carts, or more than one?
Article

If you already have MORE THAN ONE shopping cart made, OR If you would LIKE TO MAKE MORE THAN ONE shopping cart at a time, OR If your cart has been somehow lost, OR If your current shopping cart is acting erratically,  it nearly ALWAYS means that you have more than one "Cookie" from us on your computer (you may have started more than one cart at some other time).

HAVING MULTIPLE COOKIES ON YOUR COMPUTER FOR THE SAME WEBSITE WILL CONFUSE YOUR COMPUTER, AND MAY MAKE YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE MISERABLE. YOUR COMPUTER MAY RANDOMLY MAKE NEW CARTS, ADD OR DELETE ITEMS FROM YOUR EXISTING CART, ETC.

To fix the problem, you may need to clear those conflicting "cookies".

WHAT IS A COOKIE?

What is a Cookie?

The best way to do this is to scroll to the VERY BOTTOM of any page on the site and click on the YELLOW HIGHLIGHTED "Reset Site Cookie" LINK:
(it looks like this)

After clicking on it, You will be taken back to the Refacedepot.com Home page, and see this:

Click on 'OK.

You will also see that the dollar amount was reset to zero:

Your computer will now be treated at though you are a brand new customer who is coming to our site for the first time.
(If you come back to our site on another different computer, you may need to repeat this quick process.)

As long as you have the LINKS to your shopping carts, You will always have access to each cart.

It's a good Idea to copy and paste them to notepad, with a description or customer name for each, and save it on your desktop. Basically, you "clear the slate", then copy and paste the cart link (URL) into the address bar fo your browser.

But Remember, You MUST click in the "Reset Site Cookies" link EACH TIME you want to move from one shopping cart to another.

IT IS ALSO A VERY GOOD IDEA TO CLEAN YOUR COMPUTER OF ALL THE "JUNK" IT COLLECTS BY GOING TO YOUR BROWSER'S "TOOLS" MENU, AND CLICKING ON "INTERNET OPTIONS", WHERE YOU CAN CHECK  WHICH TEMPORARY "JUNK" YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET RID OF.

On most modern browsers, whether I.E., or Firefox, or Chrome, or Safari, pressing the "CRTL" key plus the "SHIFT" key and the "DELETE" key simultaniously will bring up the 'CLEAN-UP window.

DO NOT CLICK ON THAT "Go to Cart/Refresh cart" AREA OF THE PAGE, OR THE  $0.00 CART WINDOW ITSELF, OR YOU WILL BE STARTING ANOTHER NEW CART (WITH A DIFFERENT I.D. CODE), AND YOU WILL NEED TO START THE PROCESS ALL OVER AGAIN!
