Where can I find Decorative BASE MOULDING ?
Article

The Factory does not offer matching Base Mouldings at this time. The stain itself is NOT available separately, because it is a Pro-type , sprayed-on "toner", not a wipe on stain, and cannot be shipped becauseit is flammable.

You can order a # 400 drawer front in some design (433, 439, or 400 with a fancy edge), and order it twice as wide as you need, then split it down the middle to create a 3/4" thick base moulding.

For instance, if you have baseboard areas 4" high, you can order a # 400 Drawer Front with a 174 edge (or ANY other available edge) up to 75" wide and about 8 1/4" high. You can then split it down the center, and get two pieces of very nice, thick Base moulding 4" x 75" with the woodgrain running in the 75" direction.
The woodgrain always runs in the "WIDTH" direction on drawer fronts.

If the longest piece you need is 60", then just order it 63 or 64" wide. If the longest piece you need is 48", order it 51 or 52" wide. We can actually make drawer fronts up to 96", but anything door, drawer front, or plywood piece over 75" will incurring a single $70.00 extra "Oversize" shipping fee.

The smallest a # 400 drawer front can be made is 3 1/2" high, so if you only need ONE piece of moulding, say65" long or so, INSTEAD of ordering an 8 1/4" high Drawer Front and cutting it into 2 equal pieces, you can order a drawer front 68" wide x only 5 - 5 1/2" high, and just cut off the edge routing on One Side (and the ends).

It may take a little figuring, but you can be creative and make some beautiful base moulding simply by splitting drawer fronts.
